The old layout had angles and a single vanity. This is area was cantilevered over the back of the home and second story. The shower was over a steps going down on the other side of the wall. We were able to increase the shower area by around 10”. The commode was out in the open

space of the room without any privacy at all. By using a wall cabinet i was able to hid the commode and gain storage for towels, due to no linen in the space. We tore out the old fake plastic marble and installed a 2 person soaking tub.

I wad able to leave plumbing locations and add a second sink wich was a must. There is also storage behing the mirrors.
