I love this project so much. It has subtle hints of dark shelves, marble backslash, natural oak floors, light grey island with arts and craft legs and tons of storage.

By removing the bulky desk and bar area and moving the powder room over against the wall, really opened up the space and no longer blocks off the family room or sitting room.

It has a beverage center and a hidden space with a chalk board to cover up the vent pipes that run up stairs.
